for your "writing assignment," please read through your papers you got back, especially your research paper. You must bring in a signed note from a parent saying you looked it over and were able to explain to them what the good points were and what needed to be improved. This is how you learn to write better the next time.

movie night Saturday night, the 15th. my house. must have at least 5 students to hold it so let me know if you can come. time will be set on Friday but I am thinking as it is a 2 hour movie that we will start at 6 or 6:30.

and for the parents I did make changes on the syllabus. There are not questions this week for reading, and no reading other than the outside reading which they can get a head start on.
