CGADE site uses various tools to tailor content visibility to needs of various roles in the school. These include defined roles with specific access (students, parents ...)  and taxonomy which are vocabularies which help with sorting and content visibility. 

For example when you make certain posts, you will see there is a scroll list called "Privacy".  Normally you can ignore this list.  If your article is only for certain roles, you can select the group(s) you post is for to limit the visibility.

The Privacy vocabulary was updated today to remove the class related content. Ths was an unnecessary dimension and was causing some problems.  Normally, class related content should alway be posted in the group belonging to that class.
