To put your avatar up on your profile, go to 'My Acount' under the tab that has your name. Then click on the 'Edit' tab. Then under the area to change your password, there should be a section for your picture. There should be a blank box and a button labeled 'browse...' click on this, and you can look through your pictures. Double click on the one you want, and it should be there.
